Escuela de Fotografía Motivarte

The concept of "Crazy Iris" came when Jonas Papier, Director of the School of Photography Motivarte, requested me the design of a gigantography to be displayed on a building.
I discarded the use of photographic elements to generate immediate reading on prospective recipients, and it also seemed more suitable as the billboard would be located at an height.
From all this exchange of ideas “crazy f" was born: I used the school’s logotype to build up behind several radio structures that flee to it. Then several circles were operated using the excuse of the letter f (notation used in photography to express the opening of the diaphragm, the amount of light passing into the outlet), that allowed us to generate textures by partitioning the circular planes, providing a more dynamic environment, enriched with the structures mentioned above.

The “coup de grace” was the chromatic palette inherent in my style of design, with highly saturated colors and contrast, to use complementary and opposing to merge or separate shades, and thus give a greater feeling of spaciousness.
